Introducing Your Dog Walker

When I was around 6 years old, my family got a boxer – a beautiful boy called Bruce. I have no idea whether was a good dog, well-trained or not. Didn’t matter to me, I just loved him. Around the same time in my life my Nan had a nasty black Pekingese called Kim and my Grandad had a very smelly Spaniel called Roger.

My Dad was in the British Army and we moved around a lot. When I was 11, I got my first job – cleaning out dog kennels in a boarding outfit. 0800-1000 and 1400-1600, Saturdays and Sundays. All for the princely sum of ten-bob. Cycled 5km each way too.

Since then, I’ve owned/trained/loved a Jack Russell, 2 Rotties, 2 Kelpies, a beautiful GSD, a white Lab, a Ridgeback and a “Bitsa”, a wonderful rescue dog who passed two years ago, aged 16. When I say “trained”, I don’t mean show standard. I just know how to get them to behave!

My wife and I moved to Hale Road in Forrestfield 4 years ago after 25 years in Hamersley. I walk dogs to get exercise, and I love being around them.

I am fully insured and have current Police/Children Checks
